New Window gasket

Hi All
I just finished installing a new rubber gasket on the LH rear window of my '96 Disco I .
With the help of youtube instructional video, Vasaline and nylon chord I managed to get it in.
It is a bit tedious and awkward to work with.
The new gasket part # is AWR5388.

It's not that bad. I had a buddy help me when we redid the tail door glass rubber.

I reused my old seal when installing a new piece of glass after blowing out the window on a trail.
Ive also pulled some excellent seals from a junkyard D1 to replace my cracked ones and getting them out was pretty easy with a couple flat tip screwdrivers.


Yes the mud on the roof was from leaning into the bank, LOL.

If you find them, let me know. $60/each from AB is hard to justify when they're not leaking.

I will check and let you know, for sure it is around the house somewhere, got to check the postage as well, as I am still in Hong Kong.
