No power

Hey guys I tried the search feature, didn't find anything that related to my problem. My cruise control switch on my 03 d2 doesnt have power, and the washer fluid to the rear window wont kick on either. not sure if it is related. I looked for the fuse to the cc didnt see it in the kick panel or the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Anyone, not sure how to test if its the switch or power to the switch.

Have you removed the switches to make sure they are plugged in?

I have a D1, but the cruise does not work, keeps blowing fuses. The rear washer or wiper does not work either.
