Anyone know anything about the Audi A6 TDI (model year 2014)?

My daughter is looking for a new car and found this which looks like a very nice car. But I know nothing about the Audi and/or TDI in the more recent vintage.

Not that it matters a ton, but isn't that in the VAG cheating emissions testing years?

Yes it is. It's why they stopped making the 3.0 after only a couple (few?) years. From researching it, it seems that after the reprogramming, and a ~500 mile relearning period, the fuel economy goes down ~1 MPG and DEF consumption up slightly.

We ended up buying it. It was a sweet ride. Single owner, dealer maintained. 425 fr-lb of torque is fun.

It was just a very, very nice car.

My daughter put >100 miles on it Saturday and used less than 3gal fuel. The 30+ mpg was a wonderful change for her from the 11mpg with the Disco.
