To be honest, I'm pretty sure I've actually seen this car before on the road.

It was the same color but may have had different wheels but it was lowered as this one is.

I've seen it driving down HWY 501 in Myrtle Beach, at one point he wanted 10k for it!!! In the pictures the bags are deflated... so ride height is much higher. I think he needs to MURDA it out with 5% tint and paint... maybe black KMC Rockstars haha
