I'm having issues with my NRP install. It's on a RRC w/ 3.5 but I think the Ypipe is the same for most V8s & models. I'm actually replacing a 15 yr old NRP system which fit fine on both RRC.
Currently I can not get the Y pipe to line up. Got it in place & the left side landed perfect on the manifold. Put nuts on loose & went to the right side. Could not get the studs to drop in the holes. Felt like the top of the Y had to rotate counter clockwise when looking down on it.
I on bolted the left side & still could not get it. Dropped the right manifold & attached to Y and it fits. Now I can't get the manifold back on. The rear of the manifold is against the head & the front is about an inch or more away.
If it matters, the Y is not attached to the rear section.
I'm stumped!..... and having a bourbon.
