What's the deal with the O2 sensor connectors. Trying to get the passenger's bank 2 US downstream O2 sensor replaced. What the heck was rover thinking when placing that connector. Sheesh! One little place to get your arm up to the elbow next to the driveshaft flange and around the exhaust pipe blind and then there is no place to get both hands up to pull. Can't figure out how it comes off the little bracket so I could get it somewhere to work on it better. I can flick the switch to open the connector but cannot get it to unmate for the life of me. And I have done the tough one upstream on bank one. I really cursed at that one but got it in way less time than this one. Remove driveshaft? Sheesh^2!

UGH!

You can't undo the connector until the whole plug assembly is released from the metal tab. You have to press the plastic tab on the engine side plug to get it to release.

Zoiks! I can see a little bit of the sensor side connector. Can't even see what the other one looks like let alone where the plastic tab is on that side... I guess I gotta get the truck higher in the air and get the mirrors out and the dental picks.

Nice design feature.
