O2 sensor Plug

I need to replace the plug on the driver side rear O2 sensor. I can't get to it from underneath, so if I pull the console can I get to it from up top? Just want to know before I pull the console.

I don't think any job on the Disco has ever been so frustrating as the damn O2 sensors. I'm pretty convinced there's no way to get the driver's front sensor out without pulling the exhaust manifold. Whatever idiot decided the back of the engine/trans tunnel was a good place to put these things should be flogged.

Well I couldn't get my fat arms up to change the sensor, so I took it to a shop. 35 minutes later they call and tell me I need a new plug. Stupid.

Use a long Skinny flat head to release it from the bracket then it drops down enough go plug, then just lock it back on the bracket.
