I'm getting 4v on one wire and 7v on 2 other wires to my passenger side post cat O2 sensor? shouldn't it be getting 12v? does anybody have a D1 O2 sensor wiring diagram?

I don't have a wiring diagram handy, but if memory serves me right, you should have a negative wire, and a +12v wire for the heater circuit, a +5v reference wire from the ECM, and a return wire to your ECM. The O2 sensors on the D1 don't generate a voltage like other O2 sensors, but change resistance as they sense oxygen. So the O2 sensor will be sending anywhere from 0 to +5 volts to the ECM.
