I've researched sensors on here and the codes I'm getting.
What I'm trying to accomplish is to understand what the readings mean.
For instance : at idle, one sensor reads 95% and doesn't move. Another sensor jumps all over the place. And a third hovers around the 20s.
What does it all mean?
My codes are : 1171, 0130, and 0171
I know I'm running lean on air cause my fuel consumption had gone to shit.
This all started after running out of gas. I tried turning it over more than I should have, heard a couple of loud noises and then after adding more gas and getting it running, the codes came. I had had 0130 for a spell beforehand and thought it might be that the MAF or throttle body needed cleaned. I also found that the house from the stepper motor to the air intake house had a crack that might be fucking up my vacuum. And the stepper motor is making noises too.
