FYI '04 owners:
Hadn't seen a write up on this yet so I thought I would pass some info along.
My setup is BFG AT 265/75R16, OME 3" lift. You WILL rub on your radius arms when turning. I am talking about a full-lock turn on the pavement. I was mesmerized by this because I had the same size tires and lift on my old truck('02) w/no rubbing. Apparently there was a steering box change for '04 so we actually have a tighter turning radius than prior DII's. There is a replacement bolt that has a longer head on it (almost an inch). LR part #TTE000010. Just picked mine up yesterday so I haven't looked to see where it goes yet. Looks like a longer steering stop. (With our club discount they were about $4 each)
Another fun fact: This weekend we measured my BFG AT's next to Goodyear MTR's. Both were same size - 265's. The BFG's were almost 3/4" taller. It may only rub with the BFG's.
