OEM Brush Bar install tips: Any Advice?

I recently picked up an OEM Brush Bar (not wrap around) for my 2004 Disco. I am not clear on what needs to be cut in order to mount the bar. There are only two mounting holes per side...doesn't look that difficult. Any tips would be great. Thanks in advance!

'99-'02 have different bumpers than '03-'04. The brush bars are different as well as the mounting.

Thanks for the replies...Ryan, thanks for the pages. Before logging on today, I did find out that the bar is of no use to me...hmmmm...where to go next. Maybe I will just do the whole new bumper thing.
