OME stabilizer

It's been a week of install issues. The latest is the new OME steering damper. It hits against the drag link causing it to not line up in the factory mounts. It does not seem like a good thing to be pressed against the link or is it fine?

Also, it does not expand on it's own. The old Bilstien I pulled off expanded when freed. The new OME does not & I have to pull it to fit.... is that normal?

I can't speak to OME, but I have a Blingstein damper on my Disco and it expands on its own. Been pretty happy with it.

turn it around and pulling it to fit is normal.

Currently the big side is on the right.... are you saying big side on left?
Pulling is what I did so thanks for the conformation.
