It’s got everything a young Williamsburg Brooklyn-based couple with a South Hampton summer rental needs!

I agree, it's tastefully done. What cracks me up about the listing is instead of seeing the usual where a seller itemizes all the aftermarket crap he's installed with dollar values ($600 suspension upgrade, $1,200 roof rack, $950 winch, etc.), all the itemized add-ons are posh fishing/clothing/luggage accoutrements. If I won that D90 in a drawing I'd be psyched but I wouldn't buy it.

Over the top but more tasteful than most 'built' import Defenders you see around. I just wonder, after all the work, they stick some cheap steelies on it. A set of NATO steelies or LR alloys would make a big difference for the better

I saw it last weekend when I was down in Manchester. Looked fine from 20 feet, didn't bother to inspect further. Not sure why a fly fishing company would choose to auction the shortest wheelbase Defender, certainly can't fit a fly rod in it.

Something about the paint looks off. And iirc or is has always been toying with rovers as long as I can remember. The Orvieto store here had a kitted RRC forever until it closed. Back when RRC was just RR lol.

Of course I entered. If I won it I would drive around dressed up like JSQ.

good point!

Also, Orvis lists that as a '95 but everything about it looks like a '94?!

Of course, I entered...

It's going to be in town this Friday. I'll try to run down at lunch to enter the drawing and will give it a good look over

Hell June 2018???? That's a long sweepstakes... and I would challenge that valuation for taxes. No way it's worth what they claim.
