P0130 and P0150 and SRS issue

This is on a 2000 D2 with 110000. I'm getting these 2 O2 codes: P0130 and P0150. Tried cleaning the connection, nothing. Is this likely just 2 bad 02 sensors?

Also I have an srs light on. I cleaned the yellow plugs under both seats. Not sure what else to try. I also noticed this plug hanging, where does it go?

Black plug goes in the front of the seat, take front plastic thing off the seat bottom to see.

Did you use Detoxit to clean the connectors or just plug them in/out a bunch of times? Usually this has fixed the SRS light issue for me.

Codes are fixed. Changed both O2 sensors.

SRS is still a mystery. Tried all yellow plugs including behind the glove box and nothing. I still cant find where that black plug goes but I assume its an extra?? 2 of my tail lights are out, could this be associated?
