Has that vehicle been yours for the whole 235K?
Sensors usually don't last that long. That's Twice their normal lifespan. Probably have the original spark plugs in as well.
You have an oxygen sensor problem, Camshaft position sensor problem and idle problems.
Get those sensors tested or just have them replaced. Those two sensors are usually the ones that cause the most issues, and you have those in spades.
Get Bosch replacement parts for both (OEM) or Nippo Denso oxygen sensors (supposed to be a better sensor than Bosch, according to some)
Don't buy cheap, generic off-brands...sadness and regret lies down that path.
