Just drove this '98 D1 2000 miles to NC from AZ and it keeps throwing the same codes after I clear them along with crappy mileage. 1177 is vacuum leak but wondering if the two codes are related. Also , on refueling , there was a lot of pressure in the tank when opening which made it difficult to fill completely at times. The O2 sensors were all replaced new when the 4.6 donor engine from a P38 was installed a month ago.

1177 is long term, too rich both banks. You could be pushing fuel past leaking injectors if there's that much pressure in the fuel system. I would certainly sort that out before I put too much time into anything else.

If you can't fill fuel I suspect the vent tube to the cap is smashed or clogged..

Air/pressure in tank is normal, sticker says to vent cap slowly before filling. But after that should fill fine..

Vacuum leak could be paired to the other code, maybe.. Look for leaks in the intake flexible tube, brake booster, or PVC.. As a test you can Cap off the 2 big ports on the intake..

A leaking injector, should make for some rough stumbling warm/hot starts.. ie. Run to a store, come out and it starts like crap for 30 seconds and clears up..
