P1317 Code

I got a P1317 code Monday evening and I can't erase / get rid of it. I searched and found this but it does not come close to what I'm looking for. What the hell is a "rough road high" anyway? Like one of the threads mentioned, I'm going to clean-up my ABS sensors this weekend and see if that helps. The first thread mentions cutting out and fuel pump issues; mine appears to be fine so I'm thinking it is probably not that. I don't notice any adverse effects; it runs as well as it ever did.

FWIW, it is a 97'D1 with approximately 145K and I had the front rotors turned about three weeks ago.

I recently went to Advanced Auto, and borrowed thier code reader and I was able to erase it prior to my state emissions test. My truck was working fine as well. The light was only on for about 1 week. It has yet to return. I did a google and found a site that kind of discribed that this code is used for several faults (2 - I think) but since it never came back I stop investigating it.
