I'm one of the few don't don't immediately accuse the BeCM. But in this case, if you say the fuses are fine, then chances are really good it's the BeCM. I had the same problem (even Fuse 2 and 13 if I remember correctly) so I pulled the BeCM, opened it, and could see right away the PO had spilled coffee and it leaked inside. Smelled distinctly like a northern Columbian roast, if I'm not mistaken.
I had an electronics tech repair the circuits and it was fine for years after that.
