Well it was very easy for me to make. I took it to a local fabricator
It was made of 3 individual pieces of aluminum. One big piece that you see in the pic, bent in several places to conform to the angles of the bumper/radiator and 2 side pieces welded on. And yes, seven dimple die holes in the front. Unfortunatly I do not have the metal press machineary to make this type of thing on my own

That turned out nice. I havent done anything to mine yet but I wasnt planning on cutting that much. Still lokks great though.
