Panhard Bar

Question from a new guy: 03 DII I have to remove my panhard bar to install new diff cover, I have r*ve and found the torque settings, should I replace the bushings ( 50,000 mi) and if so, get where and I don't own the tool that LR would use. Suggestions, please.

Cup hand around joint.
Get someone to rock Disco from side to side. You will feel if bush needs replacing.
