Here is a picture I stole from someone else.

At the end... Where the ujoint connects to the driveshaft and ??? That is what I need to know the name of and where to get one

Yolk - part that connect the U-joint to the drive shaft
Driveshaft Flange - part that connects the U-joint (and rest of the driveshaft) to the pinion flange on the third member (differential)

I doubt that.
The only reason to look for a flange (that I can think of) is to convert the rear driveshaft from roto to regular U-joint. Any rover parts house should have it.

EDIT - after looking at your photo, it looks like you need the driveshaft yoke. You can use one from nearly any rover driveshaft (if I'm not mistaken).
