Passenger Headrest

Hello all. My passenger headrest won't go up. I feel the motor running if I put my hand there, but nothing moves. Any ideas?

Have you tried pulling it up as it tries to raise? If it doesn't move gears may be shot.

Yes, I tried lifting it as I pushed the switch up, and then after.
The rest of the chairs movements work fine. It's just the headrest.
Again, I can feel the motor running, maybe some gear is out of alignment?
