Plastic clip for D2 rear bumper trim piece

My DII's rear bumper trim piece - above the rear bumper - seems to suffer from a couple of broken plastic clips that attaches to the rig via holes in the body of the vehicle. I stopped by the dealership, and they say I will need to purchase the whole trim piece, since they don't sell just the plastic clip. Roverconnection seems to sell the trim piece with the plastic clip for a lot cheaper price than the dealer (no surprise there), but I don't want to believe the dealership's claim that I need to purchase the trim piece to get the plastic clip. Has anyone on this board experienced replacing the clip only? If so, can you provide a part number?

I would be surprised if the part was anything more than a couple of bucks each. But since we are dealing with LR, is there a cheaper alternatives out there, i.e. VW or Audi parts? The trim itself is in fine condition, and I have shown the Roverconnection link that shows photo of the trim piece. I'm looking for the white pieces, not the red.

They are same as Toyota door trim clips. You came find them at Auto zone or most parts stores.
