Plugs under the hood of a DII

I just noticed that there are two plugs under the hood, right under the windshield that do not have anything plugged into them. Just wondering what they were.. I can take a pic tomorrow, but figure that someone probably knows off the top of their head.

Ahh.. I'm guessing thats an additional option, or something that comes standard in say the SE7's or so?

Came as an option or with cold climate package. Not sure if it came as OE in the SE7s.
