PO455 code

What is the most common cause of a PO455 Code EVAP Control system leak detected? or what might be other causes?

Large Evap Leak. Often a loose or failed fuel cap.

it was both the fuel cap and purge valve for me a few months ago

Fuel cap. The ratcheting top gets worn out and the cap will start to click before it is fully inserted into the filler neck. Lean down and look to see if you can still see the threads sticking out of the neck when the cap starts to click. If so, that's most likely your problem.

I "fixed" mine when it started doing this by schmearing a tiny bit of grease on the threads of the cap. Now it goes all the way in before the ratchet starts clicking.
