Potentially "backward" CDL Question ...

Who's got one of those nasty H-N-L only D II shifters taking up room in the garage?

I'm working on a manual diff lock for my LT95 that's in the 109 behind the 350 V8.

Normally (now what fun would that be) the LT95 uses a vacuum operated push-pull unit to lock the t-case diff.

Due to space considerations, I'd really like to get rid of the vacuum unit and make it mechanical.

If the H-N-L DII cable shifter works the way I think it does, it might make a slick conversion.

Thanks,

KAA

You know, Jack, I think the camera was the only tool that we didn't get out over the weekend :)

The bulkhead is renewed ... still needed a little grinding on the welds ... and looks great! No more rust lives there!

Pendy's at work on the frame this week ... I've gotta get him some tubing ordered ... he's almost got a trailer load of bits to take to the galvanizer and then it's re-assembly time!

Best,

KAA
