Powder coat my 16's or get steelies?

I'm swapping over to 16's and want the rims to be satin black.

I powder coated my 18's and it worked and looked great.

However, my very inexpensive powder coater isn't working out this time, so I'm looking at options...

Should I buy some steelies with the correct offset, or find another powder coater and keep using the wheel spacers?

(edit to remove a question that would have resulted in a bunch of "Search!" responses)

So... next question... The NATO steel rims on Atlantic British say for stock tires only...

Is that a disclaimer, or a real issue?

My tires suggest a 8-9 inch width. How bad will it be to run on 7 inch width rims?

I can find a ProComp 16x8 in a gloss black... but I want Matte.

Suggestions?

I've have some off set rims for a D11 , like new, that I will be pulling off .
I will be going back to original. Tires as well yokohamas..

I'm interested... I don't need the tires though.

Are they 7" width?

I have 18" and 16" alloys. 18's are powder coated black, and only slightly marked in a couple places. 16's have rock rash and the factory finish isn't what it used to be.

I am not a fan of NATO rims or wolf rims or whatever they are called. I run the AB steel rims. I know an offset rim isn't very rover'esque but I like the look.

...so I'm leaning toward steel rims...

I like the AB ones, and am willing to entertain any other suggestions, or offers to sell me some...

Definitely go with steelies so that when you grow out of the black wheel fad you will have your stock rims to put back on.
