Thanks for your time. Does anyone know of a good source of used power hacksaw blades? What are the most common shops using these blades?

What size do you want? The shop I work in eats threw them super fast and I could send you some depending on what size you need. Also, how ‘used’ do you want them?

I can see I have raised the curiosity level a little. Well the blades I am looking for go on a power hacksaw machine (refer to link below). The size is between 12-14 inches long 1 ? tall 1/8 thick.
The reason for the used blade is cost but not to use to cut metal. We have a scout projectatriot: going on, helping a teaching them how to build a knife. These blades can be annealed and shaped then hardened then tempered it to a very durable knife.

Leaf springs make good knives/swords, but you also need an anvil and forge.
