power seat problem 96 disco!?!?!?

so i just got a 96 disco se7 and noticed that the power seats do not work at all while driving. when i turn the car off fully the driver side seat will move but the passenger seat will not. i looked in the manual and there are no fuses for them so i am not sure on where to start to fix this problem. anyone ever experienced this or have any idea what i should do (outside of visiting the dealer). thanx a ton.

probably a bad seat switch they go bad all the time .the fuses are under each seat that you can check.
