Power Steering Q Again

[1st Rover]

'99 D1, Steering has power when first started, then goes manual. Had a leak when purchased, 1/2 bottle of Lucas, no leak (at steering box input shaft). Is there a way to bleed the pump/box? Is this a likely cause? No noise, doesn't leak anymore.

Yes, there's a bleed screw on top of the box. You can see it. I prefer to slip a vacuum hose onto it and run it into the reservoir to minimize the waste & cleanup.
