How hard is it to replace the suction hose? I think this might be where my leak is so I bought a new hose but I need hands like a 2 year old and two elbows to get at the clamp. Is there some trick? And if it is the pump, how involved is it to change out?

Thanks

Easier to pull the ps pump bracket with the pump. You can they get to the hose real easy. Assuming its a D2.
If it's a D1 pull the ps pump off the bracket.
Those clamps are always loose since the hose ages. I usually just cut an inch off the old hose and reinstall it.

OK next question: Assuming the pump is toast, rebuilt or used? I see rebuilt ones at Alantic British for $400 and used ones for $125. Any place else I should check? Or for the $275 I'm saving is it not worth the risk of having to pull everything back off?
Also I'm assuming its a no-brainer to replace all the lines at the same time?
