So my daily D1 was rescued from an idiot here in Denver that did ZERO maintenance. I bought it a couple months ago knowing it was a complete disaster. This thing was so bad when I got it, it looked like the suspension was made out of balloon animals!

This weekend I'm going to pull the center diff and reseal the entire thing (dribbles like a scared little girl) as well as the front and rear diffs.

I did what I could on ramps at the local spray wash and got about 75% of it. I just hate working on a truck with all that shit falling in my face. Has anyone ever seen a lift/pressure wash place around Denver?

I don't know of one but I'd love to find one. High pressure steam would be even better. That's how you get the truly nasty stuff off.

Tell me about it!

I might just have to wait until night fall and take my giant "city bus" jack stands over to the wand wash. :banghead:

There is one in Northglenn off 120th on the east side of 25, dont recall the name of it though. They have a concrete ramp you can drive up on and blast away. But thats probably what you did anyway. You would be better off just renting a sprayer IMO.

If you want to forgo the mess and or rental and are willing to drive to Englewood/Sheridan, give Extreme Auto Detail Center a call. They are located in the same complex as I am. This guy does a fantastic job and is the go-to guy for detail work.
