I went by a place today to see if they could program a DII key for me and they said yes for $75. What are they going to due for that kind of money. Do they just use some kind of software or something?
Thanks,
Mark

Hey mark great avatar!

That sucks about the $75 bucks, just because it's "typical" doesn't make it right.

Mark Jones!

Mark Jones,

Hi, sorry to drag this thread back to the top, but I was glad to see you were from MS also. Please tell me where you had your key programmed. I can't find anybody around here to do it. Mobile is the closest for me, but they keep giving me the run around about not having the original barcode for the key.

Please help!
or if you want, just send me an email at anthonyflowers12@yahoo.com

THANKS!

Not so...
I was with a friend of mine at the stealership in New Orleans before I ever bought my Rover and he had both his keys reset. They had to use Testbook to do it, but they did it in about 20 mins.
My wife thought she lost one of the keys, so I ordered one from the stealership $$$$$$ not knowing I had to have it programmed or anything and it was delivered to my house. Since then, she found the other key, and I lost the little sticker that had the barcode on the new key. Now, the other of our original keys went in the drink and is useless, so I need to get the semi-new remote to work.

The remote can NOT  be useless just because I lost a little sticker... can it?? :(
