I have some sleeves slapping, confirmed by hearing it after :20 warm up and confirmed at independent LR shop.

It's a good shop and I like them, but they want to replace the engine with an Atlantic British rebuild which as we all know is pricey.

Does anyone have a referral for a good machine shop to pin the sleeves here? I'd owe you a bottle of something with a high alcohol content in it if you were to be so kind as to get me a contact!

Get in contact with the guys at LRC. They are in Raleigh, I’m sure they have someone trustworthy.
You also have British 4x4 in Durham, that’s who does the major work on my rigs

They use Cylinder Head Specialists off Capital blvd. Not sure he's ever had a 4.0 pinned by them though. They normally just resurface and rebuild heads for him. But wouldn't hurt to call them.

Assuming it's still for sale, a member listed a sleeved block a while back. That could save you time and it's superior to pinning.
