cleveland, oh
anything to do in the area or within a decent drive?

looking for: breweries, brew pubs, bike (cycling) shops, running/hiking trails, more beer/gastro pubs

Have a car. I know LA traffic, I dont really want to sit in a car for hours.

When i first moved to Los Angeles (a few years ago now) I first lived in Malaga Cove (below Palos Verdes)
before living in Palos Verdes for a few years.

lots of horse trails, hiking trails and the beach, But at least when i lived there Palos Verdes was dry (no liquor stores, or bars)

San Pedro is a short drive around the coast and has plenty of brew pubs etc (watch out for Portuguese Bend on the way home, the road may have moved:rolleyes: )

Big cycling community (you are close to Expedition Exchange, and last time i looked at their bulletin board they were doing some road bike stuff)

There are a couple of Country Clubs and Golf Clubs, my suggestion is to befriend a member and attend as a guest.
