Rancho RS5000 Shock?

I have a '96 D1 and would like to replace the stock shocks with Rancho RS5000s. I know some people have done this, but I cannot find any information regarding what model fits the D1s. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the rovertym and rockware websites. I believe you need to accomodate the attachment points, i.e. get a connector on top and bottom to accomodate the loops on both ends of the shock.

Since you asked, I say don't get them. I went through 2 sets of Rancho 9000 rear shocks in less than 10,000 miles. They also had a terrible ride compared to the OME.
