RAV cd with Apple/Mac?

I think this belongs in this section. Search couldn't return anything helpful.

I was given a mini mac to replace my old IBM stinkpad from 2001. I can't get my RAV cd to work with it. It should be working because the RAV cd works off .pdf. I use .pdf for all my aircraft manuals on this Mac and they work fine, but I can't get this to work. Is anybody using a RAV cd on any type of Mac and what are you doing to get it to work? I'm sure that my problem is probably just the switch over to the Mac and operator error, but any experience with the Mac and RAV would be awesome.

i use the rave on my mac. the only thing though, is that i can't get it to work as a program, so i just search through the DII files for all my information. works great.

i'm pretty sure i got it from the link mike gave.

The default program on a Mac for reading PDF files is "Preview", which works fine for almost anything... but didn't for the rave CD. (At least not the old one... I'm downloading this new one to see how it does.)

I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader for mac to see if it made a difference, and it does. I was able to read the old rave CD fine with it.
