Vehicle feels like rear end wants to slide out during normal on road cornering, worse when cornering left. Any Ideas?
Background:
01 LR DII SE7 w/ SLS. Car was T-boned, drivers rear door / quarter panel damaged. Drivers rear rim cracked. Accident pushed vehicle sideways up curb, cracking passenger side rear wheel along with bending a tie rod, steering stabalizer and damaging the steering box. Car was at the dealer 90+ days getting $8K worth of body work. I know STUPID. Cars worth only $8K and you wonder why your State Farm rates are high?
Would a damaged rear airbag cause this rear handling problem? Bags hold air.
Any idea would be great.
