i was about to say the same thing! you can get it powder coated black for a little extra...
it's more expensive up front, but you have a panel that should never need replacing, plus a solid platform to mount things to if needed...

If you want just the panel in Bahama Beige or Granite Grey, I have them. Just the panels are $20 plus shipping. If you also need the cubby or the subwoofer I have plenty of those as well.
I have the rear panel in Black. I also have a the rear Sub etc.... So the whole panel and Sub 25$ plus shipping. It has all factory tabs for mounting and is in good shape. Yes the Sub is in good working order
