rearview mirror

I read a post a week or so ago about a "leaking" rearview mirror.....At the risk of sounding stupid.... would that mean that the mirror has become discolored and foggy with black and white specks....Mine is in terrible condition and the auto dim no longer works. Just hoping the clarify "leaking" when I contact the company. Thanks

Yup that's one of the conditions. It leaks when it first goes bad. Call or write them and tell them to send you a new one.
