Hello All,

I'm interested in installing a permanent fuel pressure dial gauge on the fuel rail schrader valve port on my '96 D1. I'm not 100% sure if this is a good idea, what the threading requires, etc. Anyone done anything like this that can recommend a decent setup or knows the threading required for the schrader valve? I've looked around, the there's options for Ford, GM, etc., but I don't know which of these might be compatible.

I've had small gauges threaded into the fuel rail port on two of my trucks. First, the gauges don't take vibration well, so soon they are little more than "yes/no" indicators of fuel pressure. Second, it is more productive to ensure all components of fuel supply on a GEMS or 14CUX truck work properly, and never worry about it.
