I didnt listen to what was being said cause I have and ear infection, but from what I saw was the guy pulled a bat out the back of his truck. The bmw driver got out of his car with a gun. Maybe I need to go back and watch it again.

I went back and watched it again the "redneck" was clearly making threats to him at the redlight. Nowhere was it said the "BMW guy" drove down the road intentionally, and the redneck had the bat first coming at the car with the bat raised in the air. Then the bmw driver got out with the gun. Again just my take on the situation (self-defense).

Staged or not, the lesson is, dont fuck with the people you know nothing about, you never know what the outcome will be. And do not drive around the neighborhoods you are not familiar with (EJB). End of story.
