Let them die if they wish, but I'd hate to see that car land on their dog. That is just irresponsible.
I've never had a problem with the human gene pool self-bleaching, but I hate to see an innocent animal put at risk like that. The dog can't help it's instinct to chase odd things.

I was waiting for him to slam on the brakes and have his feet hit the ground and push his knees through his chin. I was also waiting for his dog to get run over.

It's downright amazing what a moron with to much free time and boone's farm can accomplish. To bad Darwinism didn't catch them yet though...
Yeah, doing that a few more times will definitely increase their odds of thinning out the gene pool.
