Relay noise

I have a 99 di.started rover to come home from work just now, sounds like a relay clicking,if I turn on turn signals,flashers,parking lights, or headlights ,the clicking stops,also noticed my drivers door won't turn on my dome light. What do you think? Thanks, this is my first posting

Disconnect battery and reattach about 15 mins later. After that, do the next quickest/cheapest thing you can think of,rinse,repeat. and good luck...

Sounds like a low battery and/or bad alternator condition. I would start there.
