Ive got some dents on my drivers side door, and would like to know if there is a simple way to remove the interior door panel so i can pound them out. If anyone has pictures or istructions on how to remove the panel that would be great.

I had that pannel off a few months back to replace the latch cable. You just need something flat and fairly rigid. A puddy knife might work, I actually have some special tools for removing interiors that cost me next to nothing at a cheep tool store. The pannel is held around the bottom and sides with the plastic rivits and you just need to work the knife between the pannel and the door without scratching your paint. Once you get the bottom loose you can tug gently up the sides be careful not to crack your pannel. You have a couple of screws in the door handle. The hardest part was lifting the pannel up and off around that window trim. Good luck just take it slow.

First off, do not expect much luck in hammering the dents out from the inside. You are dealing with aluminum which has a very low tolerance for bending. You may actually make things worse.

Beyond that, follow the post above, but make sure to remove the screws around the handle first.
