Replaced bag

I replaced one bag (front passenger) with Arnold on my LWB. How can I manually air up just that bag. Or should the system be able to full air up the bag? It doesn't seem to put out enough psi to actually seat the bag fully so was thinking a line pushing out a good deal more from my garage compressor should do it. Any ideas?

open a door, let the compresor build air to the tank, once it stops, close the door and the system knows that corner is down, if there are no codes, or air leaks then it shall rise normally

forgot to mention and follow up in case others ever search. that worked great for filling the compressor and then inflating the bag. unfortunately, what i found was that since the bag was bent to fit in the space, as soon as the compressor aired up the bag fully, it would blow its "bead." so I had to unbolt the shock and let that side hang down as far as possible with no tire. then i slowly jacked that side up, letting the compressor slowly add pressure to the bag. finally got it all filled up and everything sitting great. no more leaks from that corner.
