replacement cooler lines

'97 D1. Looking ahead to future maintenance I'd like to replace:
oil cooler pipe (upper) - PBP101150
oil cooler pipe (lower) - PBP101160
and
transmission cooler pipe (rad to ext cooler) - ESR3695
transmission cooler pipe (upper transmission) - UBP101030
with lines having male G3/8 fittings on the radiator ends. I fitted an aluminum rad last year and am currently using ESR1262G adapters to mate the stock lines (female M20 I believe) with the radiator (female G3/8). I want to believe the lines I want are available or the rad wouldn't have come configured this way.
Thanks,

I have the same radiator as you and my new engine oil cooler lines fit fine. I think I used the adapters removed from the old radiator. I will double check that next time I open the hood.

I also need new transmission cooler lines for my R380 D1. However, ROW Defenders (maybe D1s?) didn’t use a trans cooler on the manual trans models. I have the bypass piece that goes on the transmission and am leaning toward using it to eliminate the trans cooler. I never expect to pull a trailer more that a short distance and as such do not think it is needed. One less thing to leak, in my opinion.

The male fittings on the rad I removed are part of the in tank coolers not the radiator tanks and are definitely not removable without cutting the tanks off the rad. There are thin jam nuts sandwiching the cooler to the rad tanks. Rare Canadian edition?
The adapters I have work fine but since the lines are on the todo list might as well eliminate a point of failure if possible.

Just need to keep the same orientation of bends/elbows fo fitment purpose. Which typically they do that anyway, but good to confirm.

I need to keep the truck on the road day to day for now but if that changes, and the hydraulic shop can source the female G3/8, I'd seriously consider this. I'm in no panic so I'll keep this in mind. Thanks,

Yep. They should be able to do it same day but worth looking into.

DO NOT buy britpart/AllMakes4x4 lines. I ordered a replacement around this time last year for my XD before a trip across TX to Big Bend to replace a seepy OEM line. They sent me an AllMakes4x4 transmission line. I installed it the weekend before we left. It blew out 2.5 days into my trip in the middle of nowhere..... The trail repair is still on my XD as it works and does NOT leak... Eurospare lines were good quality though.

Good to know! The last thing I want is to create problems through 'maintenance'.

Is there a supplier for something like this?
kind of.
The steel ends of cooler lines (most of them, at least) are 1/2" in diameter.
You can buy 2 compression tube fitting/-8AN adapters (Summit, for example), 2 -8AN-3/8" hose adapters (Summit again), a stretch of 3/8" steel-jacketed hose, and make your own hose.
I frequently keep the set like this in the truck as field repair kit - had to do it once on some of my trucks.

Same exact thing happened to me with an Allmakes line, hence the trail repair.

I think I'm going to want to add this to my on board spares.

and the hydraulic shop can source the female G3/8, I'd seriously consider this.
And just to clarify, the hydraulic shop would use your existing fittings and sections of hard line and just replace the rubber sections with stainless braid. Wasn’t sure if that was understood.

I understood but want to get rid of the M20's in favour of male G3/8 on the rad ends.

So say I were to buy two new sets of lines (so I'd have a spare for the next maintenance interval), and have a hydraulics shop replace the rubber sections with stainless braid (we agree right?), what's the name of the 1/2" double tube flare to male G3/8 fitting I'd need on the rad end??? I've searched and can't figure this out (donkey, I know, smack, smack to save you the effort). Alternatives: buy another rad and weld North American friendly fittings to the tanks, piss on the internal coolers in the tanks and run external everything (too much hassle with mount locations, line configuration, I think), live with the adapters (and extra point of failure) I have now? Your thoughts?
