Reverse lights stopped working simultaneously - ideas?

My reverse lights have stopped working on my Disco '97. Any thoughts as to which gremlin is causing this issue?

Blown fuse, bad switch...start at the source with a meter and see where you have power.

When the reverse lights went out on my '97 it was the reverse light switch. The little
switch/button was dirty so I cleaned it. Put it back and hasn't caused any troubles
since. Maybe yours is the same or just needs to be replaced?

If it isn't the fuse its a switch. If it's neither of those its a short. make a jumper to test at the switch.
BTW, I think that's way cool: archeaology student in a discovery. Your prof is jealous.

Check the fuse first, as this would be the easiest fix.

Aha! I tracked it down... took me a while... what can I say, I was lazy It is the switch!
