I rhino-ed the whole floor, not the doors. It's noisy, hot, easy to clean, and durable. With swampers, and a flowmaster 40 on a 4.6, not much worried about noise.
Still have a headliner. Not the best long distance rover any more, but thats what the little foam ear plugs are for.
Used the rubber mats for awhile, but didn't notice any difference.

i did the headliner as well ... in a beige near stock color ... looks fine and will never sag again ... maybe the guys saying "eewww" about it can make dresses out of their pretty, soft, cloth headliners ...

reinforced mine with aluminum then had it recovered with a material that looks like a real shallow automotive carpet, but has no backing. came out sweet, won't ever show the dirt, way sturdier. it doesn't look at retro as it sounds when i say carpet, that's just the best way to describe it.

You speak the truth Danny boy.

As these trucks get cheaper, it draws the jeep-esque croud. Pretty soon you'll see a disco on every corner with 12in wide wheels and diamond plate dripping from all 4 corners.

Oh, and rhino lined headliners.:ack:

I'll rhino line mine and you can wrap yours in a skirt and we will see what looks better

Come on, Dan...time to change your panty liner? It's not a terrible idea. Maybe not for everybody, but still.

How much has it run people to rhino line their headliner?
More specifically, in the beige "near factory" color.

$120 for a gallon of durabak ... DIY, panty liners not included ...

You did. NObody fucks with me and my skirt. Bitches.

You're really going to argue that a RHINO lined headliner looks better than a fabric headliner?

nope, that's not my argument ... I don't think it looks better than a cloth headliner in good shape ... I haven't done a single mod that had a goal of making the rover "look better" ... but I didn't want to replace my saggy headliner with something that will sag again in the future ... It looks fine (but not soft and pretty) and now I don't have to worry about it ...
