How about an LSX 427-powered e39 wagon? A little over 400hp at the wheels...

Is an LSX 427 GM motor? If so, why the fuck would anyone do that to a BMW?

Unfortunately you know why.......'murica.

LS can make more power for less money, and judging by the four pipes someone wanted an S62 lump but couldn't afford it.

That dude could have put an S85 in that wagon for what he spent on that install! It's got a Tremec 5 speed in at as well if I remember correctly. The "TKO" maybe... or whatever it's called.

He used to run a stroked 383.. Large bump stick in it. The first time I heard it in a parking lot, I was looking for the old classic car, then realized it was the Bimmer. yea, it kinda messed with me for a few.
I haven't seen it with the 427.
